Luathology
Hello, I'm Luath, although many of you will know me in various guises from forums, blogs, etc.
I'm 49, separated from OH, just about to go my own way and move up to North Yorkshire to be with a new partner, which makes me very, very happy. New partner, new home, new garden ,new area, new life..........
I'm a complete fibre nut, and have tried most crafts over the years; knitting is favourite, and I have my own label and fledgling business which will come under a bigger umbrella business and concern, all in my head, when settled out it will come, so watch this space. Currently writing a book too, so another space to watch.
Big fan of self reliance here - if I make it I can, down to knitting cotton wicks for the oil lamps for non-electric Saturday nights. If you can grow it, I will - sad to leave my rather wonderful garden, but I have one where I'm going to, so will take great pleasure in starting that one off, taking bits and bos from here with me ofcourse, but sadly not the goats.
Been around net forums for many years, cutting my Moderator teeth on an American survival forum, followed by River Cottage (where I still am); joined and subsequently left several others, some I moderated for, some not. Set up my own, and several blogs and things, bit of a net. nut too Love to join in with things and meet new people.......
So, it's hello again from me lol

Hmmm, tempting. Except you know how they would end up chez Rhomboid.
Am on the verge of getting a sow and possibly a couple of small working ponies.
