Hi everyone, as an unexpected positive consequence of the home steading controversy currently raging, I have found this forum. I am looking forward to many a happy hour reading about everyone's achievements. I live on a normal suburban lot, just moved here last august so lots of garden to put in this year and for many years to come! We aren't allowed chickens, but are considering illegal quails! I love to craft, all kinds of things, knit, crochet, sewing etc. Look forward to hearing more about everyone.

Welcome from me too! Whereabouts in BC are you? Mr C has relatives on Vancouver Island so we went over there a few years back and I completely fell in love with BC (and in particular BC Chardonnay which annoyingly no one exports to the UK!)

Had to just go and look up where that is - my geography knowledge really is poor at times. At least I know now though! Very Happy
