default Chicken kiev casserole

As invented by me Very Happy

Strip the skin from five or six thighs (you could use breasts but they are a bit bland) and set aside. Cut meat from the bone (make stock from bone if you like, I do Wink ) and cut into small pieces.

Place meat into casserole dish and rub garlic butter gently on top of chicken.

Garlic butter:
Half cup butter
teaspoon powdered garlic
three large cloves garlic chopped fine
one tablespoon chopped parsley
half tablespoon salt
mix well.

Take the skin that you set aside and cut into pieces, mix with two well beaten eggs and mix with a packet of crushed saltine or cream crackers.

Put the skin/egg/crackers on top of the garlic buttered chicken bits in a thin layer.

Bake till golden and crispy.

OMG its gooooood!

Laugh and the world laughs with you, laugh hysterically, for no apparent reason, and they'll leave you alone!

The Gods answer all our prayers. Unfortunately, sometimes, the answer is no!

"When in doubt, choose to live!"
