Sorry BJM, I have no idea what those are (sorry!) and I rather suspect the definition of "cracker" varies from country to country....

I use it to mean a baked biscuity titem which is savory and used for eating with cheese, but thats just me!

Well I think our definitions are the same then! I found a great recipe anyway, these tasted like good savoury pie crust, I just had one with some bocconcini
Good wheat cracker recipe 887172

This made about 15 crackers

Pre heat the oven to 200°C
1 cup plain flour (I used white but next time will try wholemeal)
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp sesame seeds (I omitted these as I didn't have any)
¼ cup water

Place the flour and salt in a bowl, add melted butter. Mix well then add the water to form a soft dough.

Roll the dough on a floured bench to desired thickness, and cut into
pieces. (I used an eggcup for the shape, but you could do anything, even
dinosaurs as my Little Man suggested). Place the crackers on a floured
tray and bake until golden. When cool place in an airtight container and
store in the cupboard.

Next time I might try to add something different, like seeds or spices or cheese to vary the basic cracker.
