... from under the Bridge
Greetings All,
I have taken up the request of my OH to come inside the house and chisel words on the keyboard of this thinking machine thing.
Apart from sitting under my Bridge, I like to play with wood, rocks, chainsaws, and tools (amongst other things). I have a bad habit of producing German cakes (usually about 3000 calories a cake! ) that glue their eaters to the furniture by weight alone!

Hi there Wood Troll and welcome! :flower:
Very interested to try out 3000 calorie cake whenever you've got some to spare!

mmmm....
Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte is only 350 calories a slice.....
with the recommended 16 slices that comes in at 5600 for the whole cake!!! :biglick:

Well - my midwife did tell me I should make sure I'm getting enough calories every day, but then I'm probably not struggling in that respect!

Yes, if you have to use a chainsaw regularly for tree felling, de-branching, planking and cutting oak logs for firewood.
From my experience they out do other brands for their reliability. But maybe this is the subject of a future thread. ....

Re: ... from under the Bridge
One thing I will say about my Stihl, is that when I fired it up yesterday, it started up with no problems after a cold winter storage in my workshop. I likes that a lot.
Re: ... from under the Bridge
Yep, ours did that as well
Maybe we need a chainsaw thread?
