Jeruselm artichokes
CW sent me some of these a while back and from those few I now have a huge quantity of enormous tubers - they are very easy & seriously prolific!
We've got so many now that I'd like to pass some on - anyone interested in trying a few? Just PM me.

Be advised. Once you've started, they are a devil to stop.

I just finally dug out mine...will grow a few in a barrel rather than the ground...

Very true HL, but we keep ours contained in raised beds so they can romp about boisterously without getting too much in the way.
CW I wouldn't be surprised if you'll still find a few lurking - you know what they're like, real survivalists! Let's face it, you sent me what, 5 wasn't it? There are tons now and they're all huge, so nice & easy to prep for cooking. I've been really pleased with them.
