I have it on the turtle recipes but it starts with Alligator and finishes with woodcock with my favorite being the miscellaneous.

Did the fried turtle this week.

So good, so very VERY good! Kind of a mix of crab, not fishy fish and scallops.

Did I mention very good?

I once had soup made from some hormone extracted from the neck of Sea Turtles - I think they syringed out about 2ml from each turtle and tossed the rest back overboard and it took hundreds of turtles to make a bowl of soup or something similarly grotesque. The bill for the meal was more than my current car cost...

won't be having that one again.

Oddly enough, turtle hormone soup just doesnt appeal somehow Once you get it................ 97169
