default Anti-depression chocolate extravaganza

Such a simple recipe, and so self-indulgent. It tastes like a million dollars, and very special even though all you need is to leave it in fridge overnight before eating it.
One of Jamie Oliver's best, IMHO:
http://www.hub-uk.com/foodpages19/recip0904.htm

I had it served in little coffee cups at friends for a dinner party, and I thought it was incredibly sophisticated... and yet you can make it in 15 minutes.
Today I made it using soya cream instead of cream. I even added some 0% fromage frais to the cream to make it lighter.
For the alcohol, a friend uses rum - today I used cognac, but I have used orange liqueur and framboise liqueur before. Use whatever spirit you have, gin or vodky would probably work equally well.
I know it says use 70% dark chocolate, but the cooking chocolate I use is only 52% cacao and it is just fine.
