After checking a few other threads I realised there was an abundance of animal rearers/keepers and I thought some might like a special spot just for sharing Smile I don't have any farm animals at present but here are my two four legged friends Salem and Suki..

During the war, my father (aged about 12) went to tea with a friend - they were eating a plate of stew, when the friend's mother said 'How do you like the taste of little Fluffy', and it turned out that they were eating pet rabbit stew! They say you shouldn't eat meat which has been named....

I agree which is why only one of my hens had a name! The others we just called "dinner dinner dinner, here dinner dinner dinner"!

She is complete a camera whore, strikes a pose whenever, where ever a camera is pointed at her.

Yes, pure black lab, currently 8 months old. When she is two we will have her hips checked, then if she is capable, we will let her have a litter. She has such a wonderful loving temperament that we want her to have pups to nurture and pass on those great genes.
