A non-profit organisation to help reduce the wastefulness of students.
If any of you are in the Leeds area, there is loads of free stuff to be had.

What a good idea. It's amazing what people will throw away.

Embarassed It's not entirely altruistic: I have been getting paid for some of it... and it's given me a lead into the Student Union where I'm arranging to dispose of their waste oil. Very Happy

Here in NS, twice a year, we have the Spring and Fall pick ups, where folk are encouraged to do the same, leave their major throw outs by the side of the road. It is ostensibly for the garbage collection, but as one mans junk is anothers treasure, then you get folk picking over and taking away amazing stuff.

The main thing is to keep an eye on the verges and the traffic ahaead, as folk are either curb cruising or liable slam on brakes if something choice catches the eye.
