First bees, now butterflies...
According to one of my magazines this month Sir David Attenborough is warning that 7 out of 10 butterfly spieces are declining (I bet cabbage whites aren't one. ) & half are threatened with extinction.
There is a big survey going on at the moment, I'm sure all results would be welcome...

Re: First bees, now butterflies...
We caught and saw some amazing butterflies during our bug hunting at the local farm park with the Brownies yesterday.
All the bug/butterflys etc were handled carefully under the supervision of park rangers and released quickly - the girls had a great time identyfying thme though
