I had totally erased the memory of D&D... It was a long summer in 1990!

My friend that introduced me locking ourselves away in a loft with lots of little figures and way too many rule books is now the manager of a Games Workshop store, so he plays these games every day, and even holds lessons at weekends! I still don't get it! If we can play monopoly I'd really like to be the hat though! Wink

Noooo
I'm always the Hat! Laughing

We used to play Monopoly regularly on a Sunday afternoon, it kept us all out of our Mum's way. My Dad was the boot, I was the hat, my sister was the dog, my brothers took it in turns to be either the ship or the racing car and sometimes we'd let our little sister play and she had to be the iron coz no-one else wanted to be the iron Twisted Evil

Oh dear oh dear. I don't pop in for a few days and what do I find.

My ex used to do the role playing thing. Drove me mad to be honest with you. Then again he seemed to be not at all in touch with reality so it probably explains a lot!

Badger - take you time!

To be honest, I still cannot make head nor tails of it, so its on the back burner until I have time over Yule.

Is it a matter of games play mechanics or coding it into the site smoothly? If it's the prior, I could surely help. Well almost surely, Razz

Its coding and setting up fields etc, just a bit too busy in the day to sort it out and too tired in the evening to think coding.

Will set it up over Yule when I have free time

Oh, I am a real nerd Zoe, I wasted a huge amount of my youth playing D&D, its the set up and coding thats the real work, if I could press a button and it spring to life, that would be a joy. Byt nothing is that simple.

Its not happening, I have too much on at the moment

and whats the reputation thingy under our names?

about half an inch under the blue question mark on the right of this post (all posts actually) you will see a plus and a minus, if you click on the plus it will increase that posters reputation by one point, if you click on minus it will decrease it.

The purpose is to indicate approval or disapproval of a post - however, I have seen this feature used to bully on other fora, so not entirely sure that it is here to stay
