Eat those weeds!!! (Himalayan Balsam cracker recipe as the link)
Was trolling for pictures and found this really cool site

And as I was trying to get my hands on some Himalayan balsam seeds to plant (you gasp but its true, I want some ) this recipe was rather apropos

I am suitably chastised but I still want some! I tend to doubt that with the heat and drout that they will be a problem in Central Florida I bought some mixed balsam seeds this year and they are pretty but are small and the flowers are hidden in the foliage.
Cant say either about the HBs!

You'd better check that they're not considered an invasive or noxious weed before you go head - just in case. USDA has a list you can go through.

Nope, its just fine over here. In fact, I am not too sure if it will even grow once the summer heat hits.
