default SIMPLE Ginger beer recipe?

Post by GB 12th July 2012, 10:06 pm

I LIKE fizzy drinks but I DONT like all the crap put in them and how little taste they all seem to have now-a-days so I would like to make some ginger beer.

But having read about someone making 113 proof ginger beer and being a non drinker I dont want to do the same.

Does anyone have a recipe that wont go proof?

Considering my jams and jellies dont jell but my cranberry sauce sets like a rock my kitchen magic seems to do very intresting things to even simple jobs Laughing

We only made ginger beer once. It wasn't alcoholic, but the bottles exploded. Perhaps not the recipe you want...
