Oil, oil, oil, how to get the oil?

Oil, oil, oil, how to get the oil?
OK, heres the thing. Am making use of the fruit of our jelly palm but the seeds, ah yes, the seeds.................
Having read about them an oil is extracted that is used to make margerine. I wont hold that against them so how do I get at the oil myself? The seeds are so hard it takes serious hammer action to liberate the little nut meats that taste like sweet, slightly dry, coconut. And once opened how does one get the oil out?
Oh, and as we are on the subject of oil, in the next two or three years all these grapes I am planting will start fruiting nicely and at least two of them are juice grapes.
After I extract the juice, how can I get at the REALLY EXPENSIVE grape seed oil?
And last but not least, sunflowers! Will a press (found one on line) for getting the oil out of sunflower seeds work for the others? And can I make it, the on line one must be made out of diamonds looking at the price of hte thing

- Palm Kernel Oil Extraction
Clean dried kernels with water. Make sure they are free of any dirt or gravel
Shell kernels with a nut cracker. Separate the shells from the kernels.
Heat the nuts in the oven at 350 degrees until roasted. Grind in a blender or pound with a hand mortar until it is a pasty consistency.
Mix the paste with water heated to a boil in a bowl. Boiling water separates the oil from the palm paste. The oil will float to the top. Let the water and paste cool to room temperature.
Skim the palm oil off the top of the cooled water with the spoon. Pour the oil in the jar and close tightly.
Palm Fruit Oil Extraction
Clean ripe palm fruit with water or steam.
Pull the fruit apart and remove nut or kernel. Each fruit will have one kernel.
Place the palm fruit in the hand mortar and crush to a pulp.
Boil the pulp for 30 minutes. This serves to remove extra water from the pulp fibers.
Line the funnel with cheese cloth. Place the spout end of the funnel inside the jar. Pour the pulp though the cheese cloth to strain the palm oil from the pulp. Tightly seal the jar.

Are those "degrees" Celsius or Fahrenheit: ?

350 Fahrenheit = 180 Celsius / Centigrade = 4 Gas Mark = Moderate

350 degrees C is about the boiling point of motor oil, or the heat of a deep-sea thermal vent.

Sadly, not yet am kitting out the workshop one piece at a time as I see bits at garage sales and the like.
Have started to keep the seeds from the new frond. The fruit formed AFTER I started watering that part of the garden adn the fruit is a third again bigger than the first frond and the seeds are bigger as well.
Even if I just find a cracker that is up to them the nutmeats are sweet and nice. Dont know how long they might keep so might put them in the freezer to experiment with later in the year.

You could try a gravel (hammer) or slip jointed pliers to crack the nuts?
mmm 350degC might leave you with some sort of distilled product!!??

Am going to go looking for a good STRONG nutcracker soon but till then they are piling up in the freezer.
Does heating to simmer temp change the taste of nuts? The bulk of the palm seeds will come from getting the juice for jam and that takes a bit of cooking.
