This looks easy and I love the fact that they start with HOW to shell the acorns instead of "After you have shelled your acorns"..........................

I just love Jackie Clay! She has so much useful information. Acorns are very tasty indeed.

Very interesting stuff. I need to set to and process mine, seeing as I collected so many in the autumn...

So did you dry the acorns before storing them, to process later? How did you dry them?
