Where I lived in Japan there were vending machines outside my apartment selling cigarettes, bottles of whisky and energy drinks, which covered pretty much all of my daily needs.
There were also vending machines that sold, er, well-used ladies underwear.
Now how we got there from crabs I am not sure.

But on a more serious note, (& I know this is a cookery thread) if wronguns bought them & released them all over the place it could possibly cause a bit of an ecological problem, with them getting into places that they shounldn't...

Am I being a bit obtuse here? Presumably you take them home and cook them rather than eating on the hoof???

Yes I think so but they are live & kept at a low temperature to keep them in a state of slumber, it doesn't say how long it takes them to wake up...

I knew a cracking somg about a lobster in my Navy days, unfortunately I don't remember enough of the words now, I don't think parts of it would be suitable to post though...
