Beer and bottles
Husband Dave makes a range of beers and we bottle it.
We get the bottles from the local pub because Magners and others who use a similar one pint brown bottle do not take them back for re-use so the pub just puts them in their recycling bin.
So if you make your own beer ask at the local pub.

Re: Beer and bottles
I have just bought a bag with a tap and an enclosing box that takes 4 litres of wine and which saves me from buying bottles and corks. I must admit that I make wine rather than beer, so I do not know whether one would be enough for beer. mind you, when my apple crop matures my cider press will be in operation
