Hello all Empty Hello all

I've been lurking around here on and off since Herr Rhomboid pointed it out to me, finally got around to registering only to find I'm not the first Tony, so I'll go by an alter-ego, after one of my passions ...

I don't think I ever introduced myself in that other place, so ... me ... I've got a son, aged 7. I enjoy growing things, cooking and eating them - especially chillies ! I like making things myself, and love woodwork when I get a chance.

Workwise, I've been fascinated by electronics since I was 12, and more by accident than design found a path that brings that and growing things together - a management consultant once told me that I didn't so much have a job, as have found someone to pay me to do my hobby - about the only wise thing he said mind ...

Anyway, glad to be here, and nice to see so many familiar people ...

I was looking for a "waves" icon, but I just love this one :hug2:

Our youngest son is a Chili Head too. And a carpenter. But since he moved to California he's learning to grow fancy mushrooms in the woods and is getting some beehives with a couple of friends.
