Hello from S.E UK
Pleased to meet you all. Busy in the garden at the moment, everything is so early thanks to recent fine weather. I garden in harmony with nature, no dig, no chemicals, and make my own compost. I'm experimenting with Emelia Hazlips methods, ( see her you tube video ) which reduces heavy work, and works well in drought or flood. Despite the recent drought my soil is still moist under the mulch. I expect my garden to be productive, full of wild life and in balance with natural predators controlling pests, my indian runner ducks are excellent slug and snail predators. Just picking early strawberries, peas and new carrots, a lot of other fruit and veg are coming along nicely. I have three grown children and many grandchilldren, I'm a poet, and full time carer for my elderly Mum. I try to live sustainably and keep my carbon footprint low.

Welcome from me too
Know some parts of east Sussex quite well. In fact if I did not live where I do, it is one of the areas that I would consider.
Look forward to hearing more about you. Tea room is always open with the pot on & sometimes there are cakes.!!
