The smell, the SMELL!!! Empty The smell, the SMELL!!!

I am lucky enough to live where I can feed my pigs pretty much anything I like, as long as they are for our own eating. So I have been cooking them up all the leftovers and whatnots and they are doing really well on it, gaining and growing nicely and sometimes the pig pot smells really good or really strange but it never smells bad.

Until I cooked up the goats guts Shocked

WOW!!! Strong smelling is an understatement Laughing

So, as an intellectual exercise - for those of you forbidden to feed such things to your pigs Wink - how would you go about cooking the leftover bits of animal processing without all the smell? I don't mind all that much but goodness, how hubby did go on about it Rolling Eyes Laughing

The pigs LOVED it though, went at it like they hadn't eaten in days instead of just hours The smell, the SMELL!!! 79689
