What did I do with all my plums (I had about 50lbs of Victorias from a very young tree)
We had plum crumble & plum bread & butter pudding (HFW's recipe, very indulgent but very delicious). I've made plum jam, spiced plum chutney, plum & russet mincemeat & Chinese plum sauce. I've frozen some in syrup, eaten loads, given away loads & the pigs have had the windfalls.
