Stuffed Green Peppers

Buckets of Green Peppers have been picked and all the rest of the ingredients are ready to be assembled. We will be stuffing peppers for the freezer tomorrow....I will keep you posted.
I will be harvesting hot peppers tomorrow or next weekend.....if I run out of time.
I will be making a Jalapeño Chili sauce that will knock your socks off. I will share the recipe if anyone is interested under a new thread. 3 simple ingredients and a blender, but beware, just because it looks like guacamole......it's not!
This time of year I need a 2 month vacation, not 2 weeks!
(Oh, yeah, and I have a bazillion tomatoes left to deal with.....)

85 stuffed peppers in the freezer.....and I still have a large box of peppers that didn't get used. I will take them to work and give them away tomorrow. I was amazed at how many peppers were on those plants!! It was a good pepper year for us. Next weekend.....jalapeño sauce....
