2011 Cookbook challenge
I hope Badger doesn't mind, but I want to show off something that I'm currently doing on my blog - my 2011 cookbook challenge.
It's all explained here, but basically what I'm doing is making a point of using all of the cookbooks that I have on my shelves in the kitchen. Initially it started off as a way of justifying their existence to Mr C, but we're discovering so many tasty recipes as a result that I just had to share it with you all!
I'm trying to keep track of all the new recipes on my blog too and I have to admit that I started between Christmas and new year too (I figured it was my rules so I could bend them a bit). Just a week or so in and we're coming up with some fab stuff. Definitely worth a try if you have a shelf full of books that you don't use yet!

Re: 2011 Cookbook challenge
fantastic idea - I discovered after a post on someone elses forum that I have at least 50 cookbooks some of which I haven't ever used. I may have to have a go at something like this aftr I have finished clearing out the freezers so I can deforst them
