You are kind smitten
I'm deliberately not having any more guineas as I'm having to decrease my workload as my mother's needs become a bit more pressing. I do miss saying hello to them every time I go through the porch to get into the garden, and I miss the fact that they used to eat all kinds of bits and pieces, but I don't miss the endless of trail of hay which they created, which seemed to get everywhere!!
