ingredients: for 1 gallon.
1lt-5,alive tropical fruit blend juice.
1lt-red grape juice.
800g-sugar.
1-cup strong black tea (no milk or leaves)
1tsp-GP wine yeast compound.
water.
Method: warm up a pint of water and dissolve half the sugar then leave to cool,
when cool add to a DJ with all the other ingredients and yeast,fit the airlock and ferment for a week then make a sugar syrup with the rest of the sugar,when its cool add to the DJ and top up with cold tap water,fit airlock and fully ferment out.
when fermenting as stopped,rack into a clean DJ and mature for at least 6 months.
Note I leave it to mature for 12 months in a dark place.

I remember my father fermenting Ribena. What an aroma !
