Some more ideas on solar cooking can be found on the rather good (IMHO) greek-recipe.com : solar cooking page. I imagine that it suits a Greek lamb dish perfectly - cooked slowly, for 3 or 4 hours till it is meltingly soft. Mmm. Really must get around to trying it if we have a good enough summer this year !
